We have shared with you our story and some of our desires, but what is God’s story? What is God’s desire? We find His story in the Bible, though He has existed eternally. It begins this way. «In the beginning God» [Gen. 1:1] created everything and «it was good» [Gen. 1:25].

GOD created paradise on earth for man to live with Him in joy. Yet MAN sinned, removing himself from the closeness he once had with God [Gen. 3:1-7]. To restore this lost fellowship, God sent His Son in human flesh, JESUS, to earth [Phil. 2:5-11] to live the sinless life that no man could live [2 Cor. 5:21]. He died a death on the CROSS that all men deserved [1 Cor. 15:3]. CHRIST took our punishment [Rom. 5:9] and offered himself as our substitute. All who accept this FREE GIFT of eternal life from God place their full trust in Him [Rom. 10:9].  All believers will dwell in ever increasing and unending JOY both now and eternally with God in heaven [Rev. 21:1-4]. A much better paradise will be restored because of Jesus Christ. [Col. 1:20]. How great is our GOD!
